    Rebecca founded Luminous Talent in 2024. She has 25 years of sales and business development experience and over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition industry. She believes in a hands-on, relational approach to recruiting and is committed to delivering the ideal candidate and client experience. Her passion is helping small to medium size businesses become successful in finding, developing and retaining talent. She’s also a film and theater director and producer.

    Jeanne joined Luminous Talent in 2024 after previously working with Rebecca at two other companies. She has 25+ years of experience in recruitment, successfully connecting exceptional talent with great companies. Jeanne is a true connector who understands the needs of clients in the ever-changing business landscape as well as a keen ability to understand the talent and strength of individuals to ensure a great match.

  • Aurora Barthels, Recruiter

    Aurora joined Luminous in September 2024, just as she entered her final semester of her undergraduate studies in Psychology. Her academic focus centered on workplace behavior and wellness, complemented by a variety of courses exploring the psychology behind business practices. Aurora is extremely passionate about matching the right candidates with the right roles to foster an environment where both candidates and organizations can thrive.

    Riley started at Luminous Talent in 2024, bringing a fresh take on business growth and social media. She’s all about understanding what each client needs and making sure they get the right support. Riley loves working with small and medium-sized businesses, building real connections, and coming up with creative ways to help them succeed. She’ll be graduating with a degree in forensic psychology in spring 2025, adding a unique analytical edge to her work.
